Hi, I’m Julia Mauro, the founder of JM Destination By Design — and destination weddings are what I live, eat and breathe.

For years, I’ve been helping couples bring their dream weddings to life across Mexico and the Caribbean — from romantic beachfront “I do’s” to lively weeklong celebrations with family and friends. I’ve had the honor of working with so many amazing couples, each with their own story, style, and vision, and I love making sure every single one feels personal and stress-free from start to finish.

I’m constantly traveling to resorts to meet with wedding teams, tour venues, and experience each property through my clients’ eyes. I’ve seen firsthand what makes each destination special, and that firsthand knowledge means my couples get real, honest advice they can trust.

Along with planning, I also handle social media for Be All Inclusive (BAI), giving couples a peek behind the curtain at real weddings, stunning venues, and the kind of details that make your big day unforgettable.

Weddings are my passion — not just the planning, but the emotions, the design, and those little moments that end up meaning everything. My goal is simple: to make your destination wedding as seamless, meaningful, and joy-filled as possible.
