We are working with JM Destination By Design to arrange resort accommodations and airport transfers for our wedding guests. To attend our wedding events and enjoy a relaxing getaway, please book your room within our wedding group via the Reservation Form.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events. Please note, guests are responsible for booking their own flights.

We have secured rooms for our guests at El Dorado Royale, El Dorado Casitas & Generations Riviera Maya from September 4, 2025 - September 10, 2025. If you request a room category that is outside of the room block, our travel agent will reach out to the resort to accommodate your request; please allow 3-5 business days to get a response. All guests must be staying at this resort in order to attend the wedding. To book a room within our wedding group, a minimum 3-night stay is required. You can book your room via the Reservation form which will require a $100 deposit or the complete cost of travel insurance at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards your reservation. Please submit your Reservation Form by March 7, 2025 and Final Payment on or before April 1, 2025.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.
